How Does DocNow Work?
DocNow integrates with PointClickCare and MatrixCare to organize patient information, patient history, meds, and vital signs. Facilities and patients can also be created and managed within the DocNow platform without an integration with PCC or Matrix.
Does DocNow Have a Billing Platform?
While DocNow does not have a Practice Management System (PMS) component at this time, we offer several partner integrations with external PM Systems and can also supplement with CSV files for billing teams. Our Charge Capture Report contains all necessary data to accurately submit claims on behalf of patients.
How Do I Register to Use DocNow?
DocNow is a SaaS EHR that requires a contract and formal implementation to onboard providers and end users, ensuring compliance and training goals are met. Contact our sales department to learn more.
Is DocNow SOC2 Compliant?
DocNow is SOC2 Type 1 compliant and can share the report upon request from prospects, customers, or vendors.
How Does DocNow Invoice Customers?
DocNow is a subscription-based platform that charges for each provider utilizing the system, as well as add-on services and integrations that can be discussed during the sales process.
What are the Support Hours for DocNow?
DocNow provides support to customers Monday through Friday from 7am-7pm EST.
